St Albans District Council back 20mph speed limits

St Albans Distric Council unanimously passed a motion in February 2021 calling on Herts County Council to prioritise 20mph speed limits across the district, and for both councils to work on detailed plans on the scope, funding and implementation of these schemes. The motion was presented by Green Party Councillor Simon Grover and drawn up in conjunction with 20’s Plenty for St Albans District.
